		<description>I ran into these issues when I was assisting a non-profit a few months back.  They wanted desperately to be on social media but didn&#039;t really want to take some time to make a strategy or have policies and procedures (I love those writing manuals, seriously).  I was helping them primarily with IT issues and they thought while I was at that I could just churn out social updates.</description>
